The Story

Why AFI Exists

AFI Digital Services was established in October 2010, initially focused on eLearning content development for international clients. From the outset, we operated with a different model than most Indian digital service providers: we didn't compete on price. We competed on the quality of our work, the reliability of our delivery, and the depth of understanding we brought to every client engagement.

In the early years, our primary clients were publishers, training companies, and educational institutions across the UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia — organizations with demanding quality standards and no patience for suppliers who couldn't maintain them at scale. Those early relationships forged the operational discipline that defines the way we work today: structured processes, milestone-based delivery, and a commitment to outcomes over outputs.

As our capabilities expanded — first into content digitization, then digital marketing, then custom platform development — we made a deliberate decision to stay focused. Rather than becoming a generalist agency that could do everything for everyone, we built four practice areas and staffed each one with genuine specialists. We believe that the organizations we serve deserve focused expertise, not generalist effort.

Today, AFI Digital Services works with enterprises, NGOs, international organizations, and education institutions across twelve countries. Our headquarters remains in Noida, India — a deliberate choice that gives our global clients the combination of world-class quality standards and the responsiveness that comes from a team with genuine ownership of every delivery.

Founded
AFI Digital Services is Established

Founded in October 2010 by Vikrant Singh, AFI begins operations in Noida, India — serving international publishing and training clients in the UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia with eLearning content development. International quality standards were non-negotiable from the first project.

Office Expansion — Sector 62, Noida

Growing client demand drives a move to a larger dedicated office at The Iconic Corenthum, Sector 62, Noida — establishing the operational base that supports delivery to international clients across multiple time zones. The team grows to include dedicated instructional designers, developers, and QA specialists.

Full eLearning Capability Established

AFI builds out its complete digital learning capability — interactive module development, video and animation production, LMS administration, and localization for global deployment. The first large-scale multilingual eLearning programs are delivered, establishing AFI's reputation for quality at volume.
