Vikrant Singh founded AFI Digital Services in October 2010 with a conviction that the digital services industry needed a different kind of partner — one that competed not on cost, but on the quality of its work and the depth of its commitment to client outcomes. That founding conviction has shaped every decision AFI has made in the fifteen years since.
With a background spanning eLearning instructional design, digital content production, and organizational strategy, Vikrant has led AFI from a focused eLearning studio serving UK and European publishers to a four-practice-area digital transformation partner serving enterprises, NGOs, and international organizations across twelve countries. He remains personally involved in the strategic direction of AFI's most significant client engagements.
Vikrant's approach to leadership is straightforward: hire people who are genuinely excellent at what they do, give them the process and tools to do it well, and hold the whole organization to standards that make clients trust AFI with their most important initiatives.
Sonel leads AFI's project management function — the operational nerve centre that keeps every client engagement on schedule, on scope, and free of surprises. She is the named project lead for AFI's most complex multi-workstream engagements, and the person clients hear from first when something needs resolving.
Monalisa leads AFI's quality assurance practice — responsible for the multi-stage QA frameworks that govern every deliverable that leaves our studio. Her team conducts instructional accuracy reviews, technical compliance checks, and accessibility validation across all four service areas. Zero defects at delivery is her standard.
AFI's instructional design team is the creative and strategic heart of our Digital Learning practice — responsible for turning complex subject matter into learner-centered digital experiences. Each engagement is led by a senior instructional designer with subject-matter expertise in the relevant sector.
AFI's technology team covers the full custom web and app development stack — frontend, backend, API development, LMS development, and cloud infrastructure. The team operates under a strict delivery discipline: two-week sprint cycles, continuous accessibility testing, and a defined deployment pipeline with rollback procedures at every stage.
AFI's content digitization team handles high-volume document transformation, accessibility remediation, structured XML/HTML conversion, and multilingual content production. The team is built for scale — structured batch workflows, QA gates after every production cycle, and chain-of-custody documentation throughout.
AFI's digital marketing team drives inbound pipeline for B2B clients across our four service areas — combining SEO strategy, content production, paid media management, and analytics into integrated programs that generate compounding returns. Every program is anchored in defined KPIs and reviewed monthly against pipeline data.
