You'll lead the instructional design of complex eLearning programs for enterprise and NGO clients — from needs analysis and learning architecture through to content scripting, storyboarding, and prototype review. You'll work directly with subject matter experts and client stakeholders, and will own the quality of the learning experience from brief to delivery.
Apply for this roleYou'll build custom enterprise web portals, LMS platforms, and knowledge repositories for our platform development clients. You'll work in two-week sprint cycles, take ownership of your features from design handoff to deployment, and participate in code reviews and accessibility audits as standard practice. You'll be comfortable with both frontend and backend, and have experience integrating with third-party APIs and enterprise identity systems.
Apply for this roleYou'll work within our content digitization team — remediating PDFs, HTML documents, and EPUB publications to WCAG 2.1 AA and PDF/UA compliance standards. You'll use Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook, and Axe as primary tools, conduct screen reader testing with NVDA and JAWS, and run QA checks on batch remediation work produced by the wider team. This is a highly detail-oriented, technically demanding role that requires both tooling expertise and a genuine understanding of assistive technology requirements.
Apply for this roleYou'll lead SEO strategy and content production for B2B clients in digital learning, consultancy, and technology sectors — running keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, and monthly performance reviews against defined pipeline KPIs. You'll work across 3–5 client accounts simultaneously, using Semrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio as your primary tools. Strong writing skills and an understanding of B2B buyer journeys are essential.
